Another Draymond Green ejection, another familiar wave of fans waiting to see if the league will actually punish him.
Draymond Green found another way to lose his cool, getting ejected after taking Khaman Maluach down and getting into an altercation with Dillon Brooks in the aftermath.
It’s the same old story for Green, whose career has been defined by cheap shots, technicals, and suspensions that previously forced him into league-mandated therapy just to get back on the floor.
And Brooks didn’t hold back postgame, claiming he only stepped in to de-escalate because Draymond had been acting up all game.
Dropping in on The Pat McAfee Show, Shams Charania gave everyone the definitive word: the NBA isn’t hitting Draymond Green with another suspension.
He said: “I don’t expect the NBA to discipline Draymond Green any further for this play right here… but Draymond clearly got his l*** in right there.”
Draymond Green is not expected to receive further discipline from the NBA following his ejection against the Rockets, per @ShamsCharania

Draymond caught a serious break here. With his rap sheet, he’s lucky the league didn’t throw the book at him. Sure, that chaotic energy might get the guys hyped, but Golden State is playing with fire.
Pulling stunts like this will eventually cost the Warriors a game that actually counts.
