The Oklahoma City Thunder are at home on Wednesday night as they host the Denver Nuggets for Game 2 of their second-round series.
Denver was able to pull off an incredible fourth-quarter comeback in Game 1 on Monday night that ended with Aaron Gordon hitting the game-winning three-pointer, his second game-winner of the playoffs thus far.

Of course, this was a massive blow for the Thunder who blew a lead late in the fourth quarter as the Nuggets shocked their home crowd and Game 2 is now likely a must-win for Oklahoma City as they try to avoid falling behind 2-0 with the series heading back to Denver for Game 3 and 4.
Ahead of Wednesday’s Game 2 between the Thunder and Nuggets, the NBA made a massive announcement regarding the officiating for the game.
The NBA announced that veteran official Scott Foster will be active in Wednesday’s game as he will return from an injury.

Foster has not officiated since suffering a calf injury during a game between the Miami Heat and New York Knicks on March 18 but he will now return after missing seven weeks.
Of course, Foster has been criticized for his officiating during his 31-year NBA career and it is likely that fans will once again criticize him on Wednesday night.
For the Thunder, they now hold the advantage if Foster continues his trend for a favorable whistle for home teams as the home team has won 59.8% of the games Foster has officiated since his career began in 1994.
Oklahoma City is also 2-0 this season with Foster as the official and he is notorious for making controversial calls that often favor the home team.
Of course, it is a good sign that Foster is returning on Wednesday night after missing seven weeks due to his calf injury and it may also be a good sign for the Thunder as they try to even up the series before heading to Denver for Game 3.
