Jimmy Butler is celebrating another year of life.

The Golden State Warriors star turned 36 on Sunday, September 14. He took to Instagram this past weekend to highlight some memories of his recent celebration.

Butler’s Warriors teammate, Buddy Hield, was in the mix to celebrate.

After dealing with a suspension-filled stretch, Butler got his wish. The Heat and the Warriors were the headliners of a complex trade, swapping out the All-Stars Andrew Wiggins and Butler.

Butler and Hield clicked right away. It seems the Warriors' stars’ chemistry is growing before they head into their first full season playing together.

Last season, Hield played all 82 games for the Warriors. He averaged 11.1 points while shooting 37 percent from beyond the arc. Butler came on board and appeared in 30 games. He averaged 17.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 5.9 assists with the Warriors.

Before landing in Golden State, Hield had stints with the New Orleans Pelicans, Sacramento Kings, Indiana Pacers, and the Philadelphia 76ers. Butler started his career with the Chicago Bulls before moving to the Minnesota Timberwolves, Sixers, and the Heat.

Butler and Hield are both signed through 2027. The two standouts will put their high chemistry together on the court, alongside stars Steph Curry and Draymond Green, as they hunt for another Warriors title.

Butler is heading into year 15. Throughout his career, he has averaged 18.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 4.3 assists, while shooting 47 percent from the field and 33 percent from three. He’s been a part of 12 playoff runs, averaging 19.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 4.7 assists.
