The NBA will reveal its full 2025-26 regular-season schedule on Thursday, the league announced.
As usual, a few big games have already leaked. ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that opening night will feature the defending champion Thunder hosting the Rockets, followed by the Warriors visiting the Lakers.
Charania also reported a five-game Christmas Day slate, which will be heavy on Western Conference matchups (four of the five) with just one from the East. That would be the Cavaliers visiting the Knicks to tip off the holiday.
The league said more notable matchups will be unveiled Tuesday morning on Good Morning America and The Today Show. Those will air on ESPN/ABC or NBC/Peacock.
Last year, the Emirates NBA Cup schedule was released a couple of days before the full schedule announcement. No word yet if that will happen again, but if so, expect it in the next day or two.
Tune in to @GMA and the @TODAYshow on Tuesday morning for a sneak peek at some of the signature @NBA games on ABC, ESPN, NBC and Peacock for the 2025-26 regular season.
