New Orleans Pelicans Star Brandon Ingram Linked to 4 Teams Amid Intensifying Trade Rumors
Stephen Lew-USA TODAY Sports

It has been another forgettable campaign for the New Orleans Pelicans. Despite being able to qualify for the postseason for just the second time in the post-Anthony Davis era, their season ultimately ended in disappointment after another early first-round exit.

It appears that the Pelicans front office is intent on making some major changes in the offseason. Apparently, this could mean the end of the line for All-Star forward Brandon Ingram.

New Orleans Pelicans News: Brandon Ingram on His Way Out?

NBA insider Marc Stein recently reported that Ingram may have already played his final game for the Pelicans. According to Stein, teams from around the league are monitoring Ingram’s situation in New Orleans as the Pels prepare to place the 26-year-old on the trade block:

It is worth noting that Ingram will be entering the final year of his contract in 2024-25. It seems that the Pelicans currently have no plans of offering him a new deal and that they are open to exploring the possibility of cashing in on the former Most Improved Player winner now while they still can.

Brandon Ingram Linked to Four Teams

Ingram is one of the most dangerous wing scorers in the NBA today, which comes as no surprise that a handful of teams have already emerged as early front-runners to potentially land the 6-foot-8 forward. According to Stein, those teams are the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Philadelphia 76ers, the Atlanta Hawks, and the Orlando Magic:

At this point, it remains unclear if the Pelicans will actually make Ingram available on the trade market. However, what you can say for sure is that if they do, Ingram will not have a shortage of suitors.
