This past off-season the when Celtics acquired guard Courtney Lee, he was offered a contract that basically said he could make Boston his new home. In his first five seasons in the NBA Lee has already played for four different teams after being drafted by the Orlando Magic in 2008. Being an athletic guard/forward with solid potential, Lee has yet to find his niche and make a name for himself in this league. Players with this resume aren't always offered a 4 year deal, so Ainge definitely see's, or saw, a bright future for Lee. Since joining the Celts, Lee has yet to make an impression with his new team. His efficiency has been as inconsistent as his role on the team - starting out as a starter, being the reserve he was assigned to be, now back in the starting rotation. He has averaged a mere-career low 7.5 points per contest, after putting up 11.4 last season with the Houston Rockets, and a career low 32% from deep. Why the inconsistency? Is it the teams and players that he has played
