PHOENIX — The Phoenix Suns unveiled their highly anticipated new Statement Edition uniforms on Friday for this upcoming season and fans are already embracing the new look.
All-Star guard Devin Booker participated in the unveiling of the highly anticipated uniform. According to a team press release, the uniform blends the Suns’ modern identity with the city’s iconic sunsets, using a purple and orange Valley gradient.
A bold upward-angled “Phoenix” wordmark on the chest, a reimagined version of the iconic sunburst streaking across the shorts, and the classic sunburst logo centered on the beltline.
Fans on social media have mostly reacted positively to the new look, hoping to get their hands on a jersey soon.
I Iike a black alternate, but the best things about this are the shorts. The statements from the past have been amazing. This is good https://t.co/gtiPAHGhVB

Ok, I saw these a few weeks ago and I wasn’t crazy about them
It really does change when you see them on the actual players. The shorts are gorgeous and the jerseys is simplistic but clean
