The Spurs played the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday, so it's unclear how the positive test will impact the rest of the league. The Hornets next play on Wednesday against the Chicago Bulls. That game could end up being postponed out of an abundance of caution, but, for now, it's still on.
Detroit last played on Sunday against the New Orleans Pelicans and is scheduled to play the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday.
It's unclear who within the Spurs tested positive for COVID-19.
