The Toronto Raptors (28-47) can almost certainly kiss their season goodbye, despite their current four-game winning streak. Sitting 11th in the Eastern Conference and five games behind the 10th-seeded Chicago Bulls, Toronto’s play-in hopes are all but over with just seven games left to play.

While their recent success has likely taken them out of prime draft lottery positioning, the Raptors currently hold the seventh-worst record in the league and will look to stay ahead of the San Antonio Spurs, who trail them by three wins.

Their next challenge comes Tuesday night against the Bulls, who will be playing on the second night of a back-to-back.

However, Toronto will be without RJ Barrett, as the team has officially ruled him out for rest, per their latest injury report.

Barrett was instrumental in Sunday's win over the Philadelphia 76ers, posting 31 points, five rebounds, and five assists. However, he was held out against Charlotte in the previous game for rest and will now miss another contest.

Additionally, the Raptors will be without Brandon Ingram, Gradey Dick, and Ulrich Chomche due to injuries, while Jared Rhoden is listed as questionable.

As for the Bulls, they could be missing Josh Giddey, who is nursing hip soreness after Monday’s loss. Chicago has been in solid form, winning seven of its last ten games. While the 8th seed remains a long shot, the Bulls will aim to overtake the Miami Heat for the 9th seed, which would secure home-court advantage for their first play-in tournament game.
