Per the Associated Press (h/t ESPN), the Raptors released an official statement on the matter on Friday:

The Toronto Raptors take these issues very seriously, and we will fully cooperate and support the League in its investigation of this matter as we work to determine the appropriate next steps for our team.''

Davis faces misdemeanor charges of assault, attempted assault, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief, aggravated harassment and harassment. He has denied any wrongdoing through his attorney, Greg Esposito, and his next court date is scheduled for Dec. 11.
