Raptors Open Trip vs Kevin Durant's Suns: Where to Watch, Injury Reports, and More
John E. Sokolowski-USA TODAY Sports

It could be another ugly one for the Toronto Raptors who open a four-game road trip Thursday night against Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns at 9 p.m. ET.

Where to Watch

Sportsnet and TSN 1050 will broadcast for Toronto. Arizona's Family 3TV and Arizona Sports 98.7 will call the game for Phoenix.

What to Watch For

  • It's getting tough to find reasons to be optimistic about this Raptors team without a healthy Scottie Barnes. That said, there remain plenty of opportunities for young players to get some run and prove themselves for next season. Look for Javon Freeman-Liberty, Jordan Nwora, and Jontay Porter to all see playing time on Thursday.
  • Kevin Durant is always worth tuning in to see. He remains one of the NBA's toughest players to defend, averaging 27.9 points with a 42% three-point stroke. RJ Barrett may get tasked with trying to slow Durant and it might not be pretty.
  • Gradey Dick had a rough showing Tuesday night, his first in a while, and Thursday is an opportunity to bounce back. Dick will see his role continue to expand over the final 20 games of the year and he has a chance to really take a step forward in this stretch run.

Injury Reports

Barnes, Jakob Poeltl, and Bruce Brown are all out for Toronto. Ochai Agbaji is questionable with left knee soreness.

The Suns will be without Devin Booker, Damion Lee, Nassir Little, and Josh Okogie.

Game Odds

The Raptors are +10.5 point underdogs with an implied win probability of 20.8%. The total for the game is 231.5.
