Toronto has brought in big man Nathan Bittle on an Exhibit 10 deal that is a non-guaranteed training camp deal, which can be converted to a two-way contract.
Nate Bittle is joining the Toronto Raptors on an Exhibit-10 deal. This is a long-term bet on development but I'd like to make a case for why Nate has a better shot to make it than most 7 footers who went undrafted.

The center spent five years in Oregon and featured in 116 contests (87 starts). He averaged 10.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.5 blocks and shot 32.8 percent beyond the three-point line in his college career. His final season was his most impressive one as he averaged 16.8 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game while shooting just under 32 percent from the three-point line.
Bittle was a part of the McDonald’s All-American game and the Nike Hoop Summit in 2021, while also adding two accolades in college, with being named to the Third-team All-Big Ten and Big-Ten All-Defensive Team in 2025.
He brings size to a team that really lacks it at the center position, outside of Jakob Poeltl, as he stands at an even 7 feet.
In the offseason, teams can carry 21 players, which is cut down to 15 standard deals in the regular season plus three two-way deals. With Chucky Hepburn already snagging a two-way deal, Bittle’s chances have already decreased, but his size and spacing abilities should give him a fair chance to stick around in Toronto’s organization for the upcoming season.
