Rare Michael Jordan game-worn playoff jersey expected to sell for $500K

Michael Jordan memorabilia is more sought after than ever following ESPN's airing of "The Last Dance," and if you want to get your hands on one of his game-worn jerseys, it'll cost you the big bucks.

One of the last Chicago Bulls jerseys Jordan ever wore is about to be put up for auction with Goldin Auctions, according to TMZ, and it's expected to sell for at least $500,000.

The jersey is from the 1997-98 Eastern Conference Finals against the Indiana Pacers -- which was Jordan's last season in Chicago.

Jordan wore the threads during Games 3 and 4 of the series on May 23 and 25, 1998. He dropped 30 and 28 points, respectively, but the Bulls lost both games. Chicago ended up winning the series in Game 7.

The Bulls then went on to defeat John Stockton's Utah Jazz in the NBA Finals and Jordan retired following that.

This jersey isn't the only pricey piece of Jordan memorabilia that's hit the auction block in recent weeks.

A pair of his 1985 game-worn Air Jordan 1's sold for $500,000 via Sotheby's, a pair of cleats from his days with the Chicago White Sox minor-league affiliate Birmingham Barons sold for $93,000, and another one of his game-worn jerseys is also up for auction.
