The Chicago Bulls are not looking to lose point guard Josh Giddey. They’ve offered Giddey a four-year, $80 million deal.

Giddey was reportedly looking to get a $30 million deal annually, and the Bulls, initially, wouldn’t budge. Then, reports revealed that the Golden State Warriors are interested in signing Giddey.

Now, the Bulls have made Giddey an offer. NBA insider Jake Fischer recently gave more details on the Bulls’ offer.

“League sources say that the Bulls made an offer of $80 million over four years to restricted free agent Josh Giddey when the offseason commenced on June 30.

“Giddey, of course, is seeking an annual salary in the $30 million range. Chicago has been anchored in the $20 million range in annual value ever since its original offer.”

The Bulls’ offer appears to be fair, but will Giddey see it that way? That remains to be seen.
