Brad Rempel-USA TODAY Sports

The Boston Celtics are acquiring forward/center Xavier Tillman from the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for two second-round picks, ESPN reported on Wednesday.

Per the report, the Celtics are sending forward Lamar Stevens to the Grizzlies in addition to a 2027 second-round pick via the Atlanta Hawks and a 2030 second-round selection from the Dallas Mavericks.

Tillman, 25, is expected to provide frontcourt depth for Boston behind Kristaps Porzingis and Al Horford.

He is averaging 6.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 34 games (13 starts) this season with the Grizzlies.

Tillman is contributing 6.2 points, 4.3 boards and 1.4 assists in 207 career games (56 starts) since being selected by Sacramento in the second round of the 2020 NBA Draft. The Kings promptly traded Tillman to the Grizzlies for forward Robert Woodland and a second-round pick in the 2022 draft.

Stevens, 26, averaged 2.8 points and 1.6 rebounds in 19 games (one start) this season with the Celtics.

He is contributing 5.0 points and 2.7 boards in 184 career games (39 starts) with the Cleveland Cavaliers (2020-22) and Celtics.
