The Los Angeles Lakers are waiving forward Cam Reddish to make room for guard Jordan Goodwin, ESPN reported Thursday.

Reddish, 25, has averaged 3.2 points, 2.0 rebounds and 17.8 minutes in 33 games (eight starts) this season with the Lakers.

The former lottery pick has career averages of 8.5 points and 2.7 boards in 254 games (116 starts) with four teams. That includes the Atlanta Hawks, who drafted him 10th overall in 2019 out of Duke.

The Lakers plan to convert Goodwin's two-way contract to a standard deal, per the report. He has appeared in 19 games (five starts) this season for Los Angeles, averaging 6.4 points and 3.9 rebounds in 20.5 minutes.

Goodwin, 26, owns career averages of 6.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists over 140 games (25 starts) with four teams since going undrafted in 2021 out of Saint Louis.
