The Phoenix Suns have upgraded Devin Booker from out to questionable for Game 6 against the New Orleans Pelicans, but according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the three-time All-Star is expected to play Thursday.
Wojnarowski says that Booker will test his hamstring ahead of the 7:30 p.m. ET tip and plans to play, barring any last minute setback.
Booker, 25, suffered a hamstring injury during the Suns' loss in Game 2 of the series on Tuesday, April 19. While the Suns gave no timetable for his return, ESPN's Brian Windhorst said the guard would be out two to three weeks. Suns coach Monty Williams seemingly refuted that timetable, telling reporters that it "didn't come from us."
After the Suns' 112-97 win in Game 5 on Tuesday, Booker was spotted telling the Pelicans bench "I'm back."
Devin Booker was reportedly yelling at the Pelicans bench “I’m back” as he walked off the court.

The Suns lead the first round series 3-2 and can advance Tuesday to a Western Conference Semifinals matchup against either the Dallas Mavericks or Utah Jazz.
