The New York Knicks will be on the road on Tuesday night as they face off against the Indiana Pacers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
New York dropped both of their games at Madison Square Garden to begin the series, falling into a 2-0 deficit in the series.
They were then able to steal Game 3 in Indianapolis on Sunday night after they overcame yet another 20-point deficit to avoid falling into a 3-0 hole.
With the Pacers now leading the series 2-1, the Knicks will try to even it back up before they head back to New York for Game 5.
While the Knicks’ 20-point comeback in Game 3 was the headline, the Pacers saw one of their key players suffer an injury during the game.
Pacers forward Aaron Nesmith left Sunday’s game midway through the third quarter of Game 3 on Sunday night after he suffered a sprained right ankle.

Nesmith struggled to put weight on his ankle as he was assisted off the court and into the locker room but he was able to return in the fourth quarter despite being in clear pain.
On Monday, Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle provided an update on Nesmith’s injury and said that he will likely be listed as a game time decision for Game 4 on Tuesday night and will likely be listed as questionable.
Aaron Nesmith will “likely” be listed as a game time decision tomorrow and “probably” will be questionable, per Pacers coach Rick Carlisle, who said Nesmith was “predictably” sore.

Nesmith was walking with a noticeable limp in the locker room postgame after an ankle sprain.
If Nesmith misses Game 4 on Tuesday, it would be a massive blow for the Pacers, especially with how he has played thus far in the series.
Of course, Nesmith led the way for Indiana in Game 1 as he scored 30 points and knocked down eight three-pointers.
He then backed that up with 12 points and seven rebounds in Game 2 while finishing Game 3 with eight points and seven rebounds in limited minutes after his injury.
With Nesmith struggling to walk after his ankle sprain, he is now in danger of missing Game 4 on Tuesday night, which would be a major blow for the Pacers.
