Steph Curry Posts Exciting New Video Amid Offseason

By all accounts, Stephen Curry had a disappointing 2024-25 season with the Golden State Warriors.

He seemed to be starting to show some signs of wear and tear during the first half of the season, but once six-time All-Star forward Jimmy Butler came to town in a big February trade, he and the entire organization seemed revitalized.

Unfortunately, Curry injured his hamstring in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals versus the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Warriors, who were considered by many to be legitimate championship contenders, were put to sleep in five games without the future Hall of Famer.

But Curry did have some fun during the season. During All-Star weekend, which was held in the Bay Area, he spent some time with YouTube influencer MrBeast, and he even participated in a 3-point shooting contest with $100,000 for charity at stake.

MrBeast has over 400 million subscribers on YouTube, which is more than anyone else, and he also has more than 100 million followers on TikTok. In addition to posting some wild challenges on social media, he has become a huge philanthropist who has raised millions of dollars for various worthy causes.

Curry averaged 24.5 points and 6.0 assists while shooting 44.8% from the field and 39.7% from 3-point range during the regular season. For the 10th time in his career, he led the NBA in 3-point makes per game with 4.4.

One would think the Warriors should be definite title contenders next season when they will have a full training camp with Butler. But they do need an upgrade at the center position and perhaps a little more depth.
