Chris Paul may have retired, but he continues to remain in everyone’s heart, including those he has helped over the years. That also includes Steph Curry, who once again mentioned a sweet gesture from Paul and his family.

While they only teamed up in 2023 with the Warriors, Paul and Curry have always remained close. However, the two also shared a fierce rivalry during Chris’ tenure with the Rockets, as both teams frequently faced each other in the Western Conference playoffs.

Nonetheless, as Paul continues to enjoy his retirement life, he decided to take his family to Disneyland in Anaheim. “1st Spring Break,” wrote the 40-year-old as he shared his fun outing on Instagram. Curry responded to the post immediately by recalling their time together.

He wrote, “Man I remember the summer of ‘09 yall adopted me and Ayesha Curry for the Family Disney trip”. This was during Steph’s rookie season in the NBA. Paul responded to Curry’s comment, “Yessirrr!! I was out there pushing that damn stroller around!! Dem kids all grown up now lol “THANK GOD”.

This isn’t the first time Steph has spoken about their Disneyland visit. During an episode of ‘The Old Man and The Three Podcast’ in 2022, he mentioned how Paul took care of him during his rookie season. Curry also added that the “Point God” took him to Disneyland for a family reunion.

Paul’s impact on young players has always been a major talking point. Him taking Steph out reflects his character and his effort to make everyone, especially younger players, feel comfortable.
