Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors are still in the process of figuring things out as they hold a 9-6 record through the first 15 games of the NBA season.

Curry, 37, has shown no signs of slowing down despite his age, averaging 27.4 points, 3.7 assists and 3.7 rebounds, while shooting 45.8% from the field and 38.1% from three. However, whether fans want to come to grips with it or not, we are likely witnessing the final couple of years of Curry's career, and a comment he made when appearing on LeBron James' "Mind the Game" podcast all but confirmed that sentiment.

James' co-host and NBA legend, Steve Nash, asked both James and Curry if they had another Olympic run in them for the 2028 Los Angeles games. Along with Kevin Durant, James and Curry headlined Team USA's squad at the 2024 Paris Olympics, known as the Avengers, which won what was the United States' fifth straight gold medal.

Although their answers likely broke the hearts of fans everywhere, both James and Curry seem to be trending toward a hard no. James, who has played in four Olympics and will turn 41 next month, says he plans to be watching in Cabo. As for Curry, he also didn't see the chance in the cards for himself.

"God willing I still have the choice...Physical option to be like I can actually impact the team, never say never," Curry said. "But, I highly doubt it."

James jumped in after Curry's response and expressed how difficult it would be to "top" the run they had in Paris.

So, while fans may have a slight hope for them teaming up again in the red, white and blue, it appears that is no longer in the cards for the aging stars.
