The Golden State Warriors took a bumpy road in Game 4 to securing a strong 3-1 advantage over the Houston Rockets. The major bump in this equation was Dillon Brooks.

The Warriors came away with a contested 109-106 victory over the Rockets. However, it involved a tumultuous second quarter. Four technical fouls were handed out in that quarter, including one to Stephen Curry.

The last laugh naturally belonged to the Warriors superstar, given the positioning his team found themselves in after the night was over. However, Curry admitted some frustrations in having to deal with Dillon Brooks.

Curry reveals the details behind interaction with Brooks

Brooks has been known to be a pest for years in the NBA. The Rockets wing is the type of player you enjoy having on your own team, but absolutely detest having to face on the other side.

Curry certainly did not have a fun time with him. The mix-up of the two players resulted in the referees delivering the technical to the four-time champion.

"That was so stupid because he had did it literally the play before, and I just returned the favor. But they didn't see him. They saw me. It's like siblings. the second ones will get in trouble."

-Stephen Curry

Curry ultimately finished the game with 17 points and three assists. It was a quieter performance than that of what is usually expected from the superstar point guard.

However, Curry had the third highest box plus/minus on the Warriors, finishing as a +12 in Game 4. His impact on winning and leading Golden State to the stranglehold they have on the series is not up for debate.

Curry will not have to deal with Brooks for much longer with the way this series has gone. One more Warriors win and the Rockets defender will be a thing of the past for the remainder of this playoff run.
