The Golden State Warriors have their backs against the wall heading back to Chase Center after losing Game 2 of a second round series against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Golden State lost 117-93 in Game 2 after defeating Minnesota 99-88 in Game 1 of the NBA playoff series.

During their blowout loss to the Timberwolves, Draymond Green picked up a technical foul, his fifth of the postseason.

According to the NBA rulebook, seven technical fouls during the playoffs will lead to an automatic one-game suspension.

Kerr spoke on Green nearing a potential suspension, warning the Warriors star to "be careful." He virtually challenged Green, mentioning the Golden State forward will be forced to "stay composed."

"He’s going to have to be careful," Kerr said, per Anthony Slater. "He’s going to have to stay composed and I’m confident he will because he knows the circumstances."

In the Golden State Warriors' Game 2 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, Green received a technical foul for elbowing Wolves forward Naz Reid in the head and neck area.

Green had an animated conversation with one of the referees in attendance after he was called for his fifth technical foul of the season.

Draymond Green finished Game 2 with nine points, four rebounds and five assists.

The Golden State Warriors will have a chance to bounce back in Game 3, set to play the Minnesota Timberwolves at Chase Center on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. ET.

Golden State is looking to find success without top scorer and longtime leader Stephen Curry, who's currently sidelined with a hamstring injury.
