Team USA news: Among all the players LeBron James has played with throughout what has been an illustrious 21-year career, there are few who know him better than former Miami Heat teammate Dwyane Wade. After all, these two terrorized the league more than a decade ago en route to back-to-back NBA championships.
Be that as it may, even Wade himself was left astonished by LeBron’s Paris Olympics debut on Sunday against Nikola Jokic and Serbia.
James was a man on a mission in this one as he led the Americans to a convincing 110-84 win over the Serbs. LeBron finished with 21 points in 27 minutes of action, to go along with seven rebounds, nine assists, a steal, and one triple in another all-around performance from the four-time NBA champ.
Wade came across an epic side-by-side photo comparison of a LeBron dunk in the Olympics from 12 years ago, and the Heat icon saw it as the perfect opportunity to share his thoughts on his buddy’s return to the grand stage.
“Y’all know the pronouns: HE/HIM ” Wade wrote.

First off, those photos are amazing. However, what’s even more astounding is the fact that LeBron still looks like the same elite athlete from more than a decade ago. If you ask me — and surely even DWade as well — LeBron is anything like your typical 39-year-old man.
