After a career-year to help the Oklahoma City Thunder win their first NBA Finals since the franchise moved to OKC last season, wrist and hamstring injuries have made it difficult for Jalen Williams to stay on the floor in 2025-26.
But with the NBA playoffs fast-approaching, the fourth-year running-mate to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is returning to the Thunder lineup for the first time since Feb 11 for their Monday clash with the Philadelphia 76ers. The Thunder lost just twice in the 16-game stretch without “J-Dub,” and have won 12-consecutive contests as they try to hold off the San Antonio Spurs for the first spot in the Western Conference.
Williams averaged career-highs with 21.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.1 assists-per-game in 69 games last season. If OKC gets that version of him for the postseason, the rest of the league will be hard-pressed to prevent them from defending their NBA title.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. In his first-career NBA Finals, Williams became one of 30 players in history to score at least 40 points in a Finals game. With that being said, how many of those players can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
