Happy 38th birthday to 12-time NBA All-Star, two-time MVP and scoring champion and four-time NBA champion, Steph Curry!
The son of NBA player Dell Curry, Steph made a name for himself on the national stage by leading Davidson College to within a possession of beating Kansas and reaching the 2008 Final Four. In 2009, the Golden State Warriors selected the “Baby-Faced Assassin” with the seventh-overall pick in the NBA Draft.
Since then, Curry has become one of the most successful and influential basketball players in the history of The Association. His 4,233-career three-pointers are far-and-away the NBA record, and his free throw percentage of 91.2 is the highest all-time. He’s made a staggering 4,222 free throws in his career while missing just 406 in 1,065 games.
At the Paris Olympics in 2024, Curry added the only thing he was missing from his trophy cabinet – an Olympic Gold medal – with a legendary fourth-quarter performance against Victor Wembanyama and France.
While Curry has been brilliant once again when healthy this season, a knee injury has kept him off the court since Jan 30.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Curry has made at least 200 three-pointers in 12 of his 17-career NBA seasons. With that being said, can you name every NBA player to reach that milestone at least twice?
Good luck!
