The 'Most 3's in a playoff game by team' quiz

There have only been six 8-over-1 upsets in the history of the NBA Playoffs, but the Orlando Magic have a chance to make it seven on Wednesday night.

After splitting the first two games of the series in Detroit against the top-seeded Pistons, the Magic won both of their games in Orlando to take a commanding 3-1 lead heading back to the Motor City.

The catalyst for Orlando in the 94-88 Game 4 win was offseason acquisition Desmond Bane, who scored a team-high 22 points and went 5-for-10 from three-point range with former teammates Ja Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr. in the building. Bane has shown exactly why the Magic traded for him before the 2025-26 season in the playoffs, averaging 18.0 points, 5.7 rebounds and a career-best 1.7 steals-per-game so far in his first postseason with Orlando.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Bane tied a Magic playoff record with seven three-pointers in Orlando’s Game 3 win before knocking down another five in Game 4. With that being said, can you name the NBA players with the most three-pointers in a playoff game for each franchise?

Good luck!
