The 'Most NBA playoff triple-doubles' quiz

Since moving from Seattle to Oklahoma City, the Thunder have yet to retire a number for a former player.

That will change in February , as OKC announced plans to retire Russell Westbrook’s No. 0.

While he never won an NBA championship, Westbrook will go down in history as one of the best and most exciting players of his generation. He was selected with the fourth-overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft out of UCLA and joined up with Kevin Durant for the franchise’s first season in Oklahoma City.

They went just 23-59 that season, but the foundations of a Western Conference contender were in place. Westbrook made his first of nine All-Star teams in 2010-11, and OKC made their first NBA Finals as the Thunder in 2011-12.

That would be the furthest Westbrook and Durant would get as a pair, with the partnership breaking up rather dramatically in the 2016 offseason that saw Durant join the 73-win Warriors team that eliminated OKC the previous year.

Westbrook responded with an MVP-campaign, becoming the first player since Oscar Robertson to average a triple-double over an entire season, something he’d go on to do four times in total. Just one of those seasons came after his Thunder departure, when he became more of a journeyman and role player as his explosiveness diminished.

Westbrook retired after the 2025-26 season and is deservedly getting his flowers from a franchise he gave so much to himself.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Not only is Westbrook the all-time leader in regular season triple-doubles with 209, he’s also fifth on the all-time Playoff leaderboard with 12. With that being said, can you name the NBA players with the most postseason triple-doubles?

Good luck!
