The Cooper Flagg era in Dallas hasn’t gotten off to the smoothest start, but the Mavericks and 2025’s top NBA Draft pick might be finding some momentum.
In the first night of a back-to-back on Sunday, Flagg became the youngest player in NBA history to score at least 35 points in a game at 18 years and 343 days old in a 114-110 win over the Clippers. He added another 24 points and eight rebounds on Monday in a 131-121 win over the Denver Nuggets.
The 35-point outburst came on 13-of-22 shooting, and was the first time in his career he’d reached the 30 point milestone.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. The previous record holder for the youngest to score 35 points in an NBA game was LeBron James at 18 years and 348 days back in 2003. With that being said, can you name every player to score at least 35 points in an NBA game before turning 20 years old?
Good luck!
