The Philadelphia 76ers seemed to be in deep trouble after their Game 1 thumping at the hands of the Boston Celtics.
But without Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey and rookie phenom VJ Edgecombe went to work. Maxey scored 29 points with nine assists, while the 20 year old out of Baylor became the youngest player in playoff history to score 30 points and grab 10 rebounds. The pair also combined to go 11-for-22 from three-point range in the Sixers crucial 111-97 win to tie the series at 1-1 as it heads to Philly.
While Philadelphia still has a tall task ahead of it against a healthy Boston Celtics squad, Game 2 should give some fans a glimmer of hope.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. There have been 57 30-point, 10-rebound games by a player in the playoffs before their 23rd birthday. How many of the players to achieve that feat can you name in six minutes?
Good luck!
