Trail Blazers Make Franchise History

The Portland Trail Blazers earned a historic win on Saturday, crushing the Charlotte Hornets 141-88—marking the biggest margin of victory in team history.

This impressive win moves their record to 7-0 this season whenever they've kept opponents under 100 points. It was a complete team effort from start to finish, and head coach Chauncey Billups couldn't hide his excitement after the game:

“We’ve definitely been on the wrong side of games like this far too often... That's exactly what I told the guys tonight. It just feels good to finally be on this side, seeing our guys have success by playing the right way.”

Billups has seen firsthand the highs and lows of this squad throughout the season, and their steady improvement has genuinely been impressive. Portland's competitive edge has clearly sharpened, a change that's been obvious on the court in recent weeks.
