Tyler Herro is Milwaukee Bucks-bound after the Miami Heatincluded him in the Giannis Antetokounmpo blockbuster trade.

The one-time All-Star, along with Kel'el Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Kasparas Jakucionis, is now heading to Milwaukee. He shared his first social media post after the trade.

The 26-year-old's X post on Tuesday was short. It only consisted of three numbers, but spoke volumes about how he feels about returning to his hometown. The numbers are the area code in Milwaukee.

"414," he wrote.

Herro grew up in Milwaukee and starred for Whitnall High School in Greenfield, Wisconsin.

Miami drafted him at No. 13 in 2019, and he established himself as a rising star. He enjoyed the best season of his pro career in the 2024-25 season, averaging 23.9 points, 5.2 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game.

However, it's not certain whether Herro will suit up for the Bucks next season. Rumors suggest that they might move him again this offseason, especially with some teams reportedly interested in his services. Milwaukee is stacking up on draft capital and young players as it prepares to start a full rebuild.

Herro has shown that he can carry his team's offensive load. He has also blossomed into a clutch performer, knocking down shots when the Heat needed him most.

The Kentucky product is entering the final season of his four-year, $130 million rookie extension, signed in 2022. At this point, the Bucks may find his expiring contract too good to pass up for more assets.
