LeBron James was caught in 4K pulling off one of his patented moves this week.
Video went viral from the Los Angeles Lakers’ Game 2 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday of a hilariously shameless moment from the Lakers star James. During the fourth quarter of the contest, James stepped into the path of Timberwolves big man Julius Randle, who was attempting a shot.
Randle successfully released the ball and made the basket, but he caught James above the shoulders with his follow-through. As a result, James fell to the hardwood dramatically, covering his face in seeming pain. Check it out.

Another angle showed just how embarrassing the flop was by James. He was spotted on the television broadcast briefly uncovering his face to peek over at the referees and then going right back to covering his face again before eventually being helped up by his Lakers teammates. Take a look below.

James did manage to successfully draw the offensive foul call on Randle, wiping away the basket (even after the Timberwolves challenged the call). But that was definitely the face of a man who was trying to see just how much longer he had to keep up the theatrics in order to dupe the referees.
The 21-time NBA All-Star James is an unquestioned all-time great, but his chronic flopping over the years has hurt his image in the eyes of many fans. That peek-a-boo moment against the Timberwolves on Tuesday might have been even worse than the last shameful flop that James produced during the playoffs.
