The Golden State Warriors beat the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 1 of their second round NBA Playoffs series on Tuesday night, raising the stakes for Game 2 in Minneapolis tomorrow night.

Following the game, Stephen Curry's injury was the talk of the town as fans wondered about the "pronounced limp" he had in the locker room.

Several Warriors stepped up in Curry's absence following his 13 minute appearance and subsequent exit, including Draymond Green, who scored 18 points while snagging 8 rebounds and passing for six assists.

Green decided to shine the spotlight on another Warriors player after the game, one that the average NBA fan likely doesn't know a whole lot about.

Green shared his thoughts on Warriors guard Pat Spencer, who scored four points and grabbed two rebounds in 11 minutes of action on Tuesday night.

"Pat (Spencer) is a damn good basketball player," Green said.

"I know it don't look like it...The No. 61 don't help...But Pat is one of the toughest players on this team," Green said.

Spencer said he was "excited" about his increased role during Tuesday's Game 1 against the Timberwolves.

While his current status on the team is a far cry from the four-time champion and superstar Curry, Spencer's minutes helped hold down the fort as the Warriors maintained their double digit halftime lead en route to the stunning upset victory.

"Sign the guy (to) a longer extension this (offseason)," one fan said about Spencer.

"He's a dawg," they added in the comment section.
