Minnesota Timberwolves superstar Anthony Edwards is not lacking for confidence. There's a reason he can slam down monster dunks with authority, and that's because he walks the walk and talks the talk.
He believes he's the best player on the court, and that belief translates to off the court as well — no matter who is talking to him.
Case in point? Below is video clip from a Netflix series, "Court of Gold," documenting Team USA's gold-medal run at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The clip shows an interaction between Edwards, Joel Embiid and former United States President Barack Obama.
"What do y'all think about this young guy? He can hoop a little bit, huh," Obama said to Embiid.
Embiid responded by saying, "Just a little bit."
"Man, y'all better stand down. I'm the truth," was Edwards' response to the duo, which again, included a former President of the United States.

The confidence to have the gumption to tell Obama to cool it? Yeah, Ant-Man has got it and more.
On the court in 2024-25, he's averaging 27.5 points, 5.8 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game for the T-Wolves.
