The Boston Celtics extended their season on Friday night with a 121-108 win over the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals, and it's largely in part to Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum.
Brown and Tatum combined for 59 of the Celtics' points in the win. Brown notched 28 and went on a critical 6-0 run in the fourth quarter to hold the Heat off as they tried to mount a comeback. The 23-year-old drained back-to-back threes, and after the second one, he blew a kiss to the Heat bench.

The Celtics played with confidence in Game 5 after starting out poorly. They'll need to do so again in Game 6 on Sunday night if they want to force an all-or-nothing Game 7.
Miami has, for the most part, been better than Boston. Although, Bam Adebayo blamed himself for the Heat's Game 5 loss, saying he didn't hit enough of his shots or play good enough defense.
The Heat have another opportunity to move on to the NBA Finals for the first time since the 2013-14 campaign on Sunday, and if they mess it up, things won't look good for them with the Celtics gaining momentum.
