Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had his way with the entire Indiana Pacers lineup in Game 2. He scored 34 points on 11-21 shooting, including a bucket on Bennedict Mathurin, in which he gave the “too small” gesture.
Mathurin is one of the Pacers’ best defenders, and he was tasked with slowing Gilgeous-Alexander down. That’s easier said than done.
Mathurin, who stands 6’6″, is known to be a physical defender. He tried his best to stay in front of SGA, who is also 6’6″, and played him quite well.
Still, the MVP buried the shot, leading to the “too small gesture.”

SGA continues to prove why he won the MVP Award this season. His play has been incredible and it appears that no one can stop him.
