Watch: Stephen Curry’s intense workout
Jesse Johnson-Imagn Images

Stephen Curry was having himself a strong playoff run. In the first round, Curry averaged 24.0 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 5.7 assists per game while making over four three-pointers per game.

Then, in Game 1 of the Semifinals, Curry injured his left hamstring. This caused him to miss the remainder of the postseason.

Curry’s injury changed the Warriors’ entire outcome. With Curry on the floor, Golden State looked like a true title contender. Without him, the Warriors barely looked like a Play-In team.

The fact Curry can perform at such a high level even at the age of 37 is remarkable. This is largely due to his intense workout sessions. One such session just hit the internet.

Hopefully next season Curry can come back healthy and lead his Warriors back into the postseason. Once Curry went out with his injury, the playoffs lost a bit of its excitement. That’s how good he is.
