Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins didn't make his first basket Tuesday night until the second quarter, but he made his first one count.
Wiggins drove through the lane and threw down a ferocious two-handed slam that sent Brandon Clarke of the Memphis Grizzlies tumbling.

Wiggins, 27, earned NBA All-Star honors for the first time in his career this season and finished the regular season averaging 17.2 points, 2.2 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game. In a Game 1 win against the Grizzlies, he scored 17 points with eight rebounds.
The Grizzlies have a penchant for highlight reel dunks of their own with Ja Morant throwing down a huge one against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round.
The Western Conference Semifinals series between Memphis and Golden State has gotten off to a contentious start with Draymond Green getting ejected in Game 1 and Dillon Brooks getting tossed from Game 2. Green also needed stitches after he was inadvertantly elbowed in the face Tuesday.
