'You don’t want my view!' Austin Reaves HILARIOUSLY reacts to getting dunked on by Jalen Johnson

NBA players never miss an opportunity to showcase their athleticism by dunking on the basketball court. The move provides the player a chance to show off their acrobatic skills and taunt their opponent as well. The Hawks’ Jalen Johnson got his moment with Austin Reaves during the game against the Lakers.

The Los Angeles Lakers hosted the Atlanta Hawks on Monday. Jalen Johnson took the game to the next level in the first 15 seconds. On the first possession itself, Johnson set the rhythm for a dominant Hawks start. The player sprinted over the basket and dunked over Austin Reaves, dropping the player on the floor. A blocking foul was also called on Reaves. The moment set social media ablaze in no time.

At the post-game press conference, it was inevitable that Reaves would get asked about the dunk. The Laker’s guard seemed embarrassed as the reporter brought up the topic and tried to stop him. But the reporter was firm as he asked about what happened during the play. Reaves laughed and answered:

Everybody seen what happened. Austin Reaves said

To further tease the athlete the reporter added:

Nobody had your view. The reporter told Reaves

Surprised by the remark, Reaves quickly said:

You don't want my view. Austin Reaves quipped

The whole room was filled with laughter from the exchange. Jokes aside, Reaves also praised Johnson for his athleticism. However, the strong start did not sustain for the Hawks for very long as the Lakers outscored them 38-28 in the first and ended the game at 136-105.

Austin Reaves aside, Anthony Edwards posterized John Collins giving him a head contusion

NBA stars treated the fans to not just one but two monstrous dunks on the same day. Austin Reaves was not the only one who was a victim of getting dunked on, on Monday. During the Minnesota Timberwolves vs the Utah Jazz game, Anthony Edwards also submitted his entry for dunk of the year.

The dunk shook the NBA world as Edwards jumped almost from the free-throw line to put John Collins into the poster. The dunk was so intense that it ended up hurting both the players. Edwards dislocated his finger and Collins was announced to have suffered head contusion after evaluation. After the game, Ant-man reacted to the dunk and called it the best of his career.

The Timberwolves ended up winning the game, and Edwards was the star of the show. Besides his jaw-dropping poster, the guard was also the leading scorer of the game. The player had 32 points with seven rebounds and eight assists. Edwards successfully took the 2nd seed in the Western Conference to its 47th victory of the season.
