Two weeks ago, Ozzie Guillen was Sportscenter’s Sunday Conversation. When asked what he would be doing had he not chosen a career in baseball, he answered that he would be a bullfighter. Had any other manager given that response, I would have laughed it off, but with Guillen I can almost see it. The man doesn’t exactly shy away from confrontation... even when he should.

Guillen never called out McCarthy's orientation. Jay Mariotti wasn't so fortunate last year. Guillen may be a prick, he may be an ass, but he's sure as hell entertaining. Ozzie drove McCarthy back where he belonged: the world of irrelevance.
