2019 NFL mock draft

Now through 12 weeks of the NFL regular season and college football regular season complete for nearly every team, the NFL draft boards and draft order are really shaping up.

Here's a look at our latest 2019 NFL mock draft as of Nov. 29, 2018.

1 of 32

1. San Francisco 49ers: Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State

Tim Heitman / USA Today Sports Images

Bosa has missed almost all of this season with a core muscle injury but is still the consensus top player on the board. He finishes his career at Ohio State with 17.5 sacks in 27 games and has a chance to be an immediate impact player. San Francisco drafted Solomon Thomas just last year, but Bosa has more of a pass rusher skill set.

2. Arizona Cardinals: Jonah Williams, OT, Alabama

Christopher Hanewinckel / USA Today Sports Images

Arizona desperately needs to address the offensive line if it hopes for Josh Rosen and the offense to develop. The Cardinals have allowed sacks on 8.4 percent of dropbacks this season, which is a rate near the bottom of the league. Williams would immediately step in at either tackle spot.

3. Oakland Raiders: Ed Oliver, DT, Houston

A knee injury and some recent sideline issues could drop Oliver's stock a bit, but he's too talented to drop far. He has a chance to be a gamebreaker, with 13.5 sacks during his three-year career at Houston, and the Raiders desperately need defensive line help.

4. New York Jets: Quinnen Williams, DT, Alabama

A redshirt sophomore, Williams' stock has been sizzling thanks to his dominant season. He has seven sacks and 58 tackles in 12 games for the Crimson Tide and would immediately be an impact for the Jets.

5. New York Giants: Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon

Herbert will almost certainly be the first quarterback taken, and if recent history is any indication, a quarterback-needy team will probably trade up to the first overall pick to get him. That could be the Giants, who have plenty of weapons (Odell Beckham Jr., Saquon Barkley, Evan Engram) but haven't clicked consistently with Eli Manning. Herbert has thrown for nearly 3,000 yards and 28 touchdowns through 12 games.

6. Jacksonville Jaguars: Will Grier, QB, West Virginia

With the news that the Jaguars have benched Blake Bortles, it's all but certain they will address the quarterback position. Grier could be the most NFL-ready on the board, proving himself a true winner, playing for both Florida and West Virginia with more than 8,500 yards and 81 touchdowns in 28 career games.

7. Atlanta Falcons: Clelin Ferrell, DE, Clemson

One of the anchors of a dominant Clemson defensive line, Ferrell has 10.5 sacks in 12 games this year. With Vic Beasley Jr. regressing for the second straight year, the Falcons need to address their pass rush yet again.

8 of 32

8. Detroit Lions: Greedy Williams, CB, LSU

The Lions are comfortable with Darius Slay at one cornerback spot but have suffered on the other side of the field. Williams is the top corner available and is also a playmaker, with eight picks in 24 games for his career.

9 of 32

9. Buffalo Bills: A.J. Brown, WR, Ole Miss

Kelvin Benjamin has been a disappointment since Buffalo acquired him last year, and Zay Jones is also slowly developing in his second season. The moral of the story is that the Bills need more weapons for Josh Allen, and Brown is the top wideout on the board. He's had a great year for the Rebels, with 85 receptions for 1,320 yards and six scores.

10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Deandre Baker, CB, Georgia

The Bucs have been exploited on defense and need to address cornerback yet again, with 2016 pick Vernon Hargreaves looking like a bust. Baker has been a consistent performer for three years in Athens, finishing the regular season with 37 tackles and two picks in 11 games.

11 of 32

11. Green Bay Packers: Devin White, LB, LSU

Green Bay has needed to add depth in all areas of the defense. The Packers have made due despite some major injuries this year and are allowing 4.4 yards per rush. White could address that area immediately, tallying 133 tackles last year and 115 tackles in 12 games so far this season.

12 of 32

12. Cleveland Browns: Jeffery Simmons, DT, Mississippi State

Cleveland's defense has shown some flashes this year, but stopping the run has been the biggest issue, allowing 4.8 yards per carry. Simmons has the size to fix that quickly at 6-foot-4, 300 pounds. He has 129 tackles and six sacks over the last two seasons.

13 of 32

13. Miami Dolphins: Dexter Lawrence, DT, Clemson

Miami didn't do much to address the loss of Ndamukong Suh and is allowing 4.8 yards per carry this season. Lawrence is a massive man (6-foot-4, 340 pounds) on a dominant Clemson defensive line, and he has 126 tackles in three seasons for the Tigers.

14 of 32

14. Denver Broncos: Drew Lock, QB, Missouri

Broncos general manager and former quarterback John Elway was watching in person on Friday when Missouri played Arkansas. What he saw was an efficient 221 yard, two-touchdown performance by Lock, capping off a great senior season. Lock throws a beautiful deep ball but needs work on his accuracy and reading defenses, completing less than 57 percent of his passes for his career. A year behind Case Keenum would be a good fit.

15. Philadelphia Eagles: Josh Allen, LB, Kentucky

Linebacker has been an issue for the Eagles from the start of the season. Allen is having an absolutely dominant year for the Wildcats, with 84 tackles and 14 sacks on a good defense. He adds more firepower, with the possibility that Philadelphia will move on from Chris Long and Michael Bennett.

16 of 32

16. Cincinnati Bengals: Deionte Thompson, S, Alabama

The Bengals defense got old quickly and ranks dead last in points allowed and yards this year. They probably need to dedicate their entire 2019 draft to that side of the ball and simply take the most talented defensive player available. Thompson has flown up draft boards this year, with 52 tackles, two picks and five passes defensed in 11 games for Alabama.

17 of 32

17. Tennessee Titans: Rashan Gary, DE, Michigan

Gary's draft stock has been hurt by injuries this season, but he still has 38 tackles and 3.5 sacks in nine games for Michigan. Adding more talent next to Jurrell Casey remains a priority for the Titans.

18. Indianapolis Colts: N'Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State

Andrew Luck has more than made due with T.Y. Hilton and tight end Eric Ebron this season, but the Colts are lacking a true No. 2 wideout. Harry has great size at 6-foot-4 and just finished his second straight 1,000 yard season for the Sun Devils.

19 of 32

19. Seattle Seahawks: Greg Little, OT, Ole Miss

Seattle's offensive line has made a bit of progress this year but could still use help opposite Duane Brown. Russell Wilson has been sacked in nearly 10 percent of dropbacks, and Little should be able to help immediately.

20. Carolina Panthers: Zach Allen, DE, Boston College

The Panthers have struggled to get to the quarterback this season, and Julius Peppers seems likely to call it quits after this year. Allen has 16.5 sacks over the last three seasons for BC.

21. Washington Redskins: Kelvin Harmon, WR, NC State

James Guillory / USA Today Sports Images

Washington's lack of firepower on offense has been apparent this year. Josh Doctson hasn't developed as hoped, and Paul Richardson has been a free-agent bust so far. Harmon has been highly productive at NC State over the last two season and is a matchup nightmare at 6-foot-3.

22. Oakland Raiders (via Cowboys): Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma

The cousin of Steelers star Antonio Brown, Marquise has been piling up the numbers late in the year. He has his second straight 1,000 yard season, now with 1,264 yards and 10 touchdowns in only 11 games. While somewhat undersized, he's a potential star for a team desperately in need of weapons, like the Raiders.

23. Baltimore Ravens: Jachai Polite, DE, Florida

The Ravens are still finding ways to get to the quarterback and have to think about a long-term replacement for Terrell Suggs. Polite is having a breakout year in Gainesville, with 11 sacks in 12 games.

24 of 32

24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Mack Wilson, LB, Alabama

The Steelers defense has experienced a major void since losing Ryan Shazier. Wilson has potential to address that area as a major playmaker for Alabama this year, with 57 tackles and two picks in 12 games.

25 of 32

25. Minnesota Vikings: David Edwards, OT, Wisconsin

Minnesota has had trouble protecting Kirk Cousins and opening holes for its running backs this year. The offensive line is a clear area of need in the offseason, and the cheapest way will be via the draft. Edwards is a potential long-term left tackle for the team.

26 of 32

26. Houston Texans: Noah Fant, TE, Iowa

Houston has a great group of wideouts, but Bill O'Brien has been salivating for more production at tight end for years. Fant has 18 touchdowns in the last two seasons at Iowa, and the Hawkeyes have had success producing NFL tight ends, with George Kittle the most recent.

27 of 32

27. Oakland Raiders (via Bears): Raekwon Davis, DE, Alabama

Oakland Raiders (via Bears): Raekwon Davis, DE, Alabama
Marvin Gentry / USA Today Sports Images

It's been a disappointing year for Davis with just a half sack after finishing with 8.5 sacks last year, but the size and athleticism is there for an impressive combine. Of course, the Raiders have completely failed to get to the quarterback this season since trading Khalil Mack.

28 of 32

28. Los Angeles Chargers: Ryan Finley, QB, NC State

Philip Rivers is having arguably his best year going on age 37, but he won't play forever. Finley is a fellow NC State alum and accurate downfield thrower, completing more than 67 percent of his passes this season. He would be in a great spot to develop behind Rivers, as Rivers did behind Drew Brees at the start of his career.

29 of 32

29. New England Patriots: Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State

Greg Bartram / USA Today Sports Images

Whether it's a lack of weapons or age, Tom Brady has clearly fallen off a bit this year. The Patriots could look for their next signal-caller in the draft, and Haskins has been tremendous this year with 4,003 yards and 41 touchdowns in 12 games.

30 of 32

30. Los Angeles Rams: Devin Bush, LB, Michigan

Los Angeles Rams: Devin Bush, LB, Michigan
Brad Mills / USA Today Sports Images

Nagging injuries have hurt Bush's stock this season, but he still has 66 tackles and 4.5 sacks. The Rams' biggest defensive need is linebacker, and Bush could step in immediately.

31 of 32

31. Green Bay Packers (via Saints): Dalton Risner, OT, Kansas State

Scott Sewell / USA Today Sports Images

The Packers could use more line help, and Risner has the versatility to contribute at guard or tackle. With Aaron Rodgers suffering a collarbone injury last year and knee injury in Week 1 this year, the importance of the offensive line has been under the microscope.

32. Kansas City Chiefs: Amani Oruwariye, CB, Penn State

Matthew O'Haren / USA Today Sports Images

Top Chiefs corners Kendall Fuller and Steven Nelson have actually been adequate this season, but the secondary has allowed too many big plays and is lacking depth. Oruwariye, at 6-foot-1, has the size the Chiefs look for in their corners and has also made seven picks in the last two seasons.
