The biggest change on offense will be in the backfield, where Josh Jacobs replaces Aaron Jones. Green Bay also spent its first-round pick on offensive lineman Jonah Morgan out of Arizona.

It’s the Packers defense is going to look drastically different compared to last year. New defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley takes over after resigning as the head coach at Boston College. The hope is that he will take more advantage of the high-draft capital on the Green Bay defense.

The Packers ranked 27th in DVOA last season, despite having multiple first-round picks starting across the board. The feeling was that unit was holding back the Pack.

There is high-end talent on the Green Bay defense like edge rusher Rashan Gary, defensive tackle Kenny Clark, cornerback Jaire Alexander and newly acquired safety Xavier McKinney. There’s a lot of upside for this unit if Hafley can get it operating smoothly.
