2024 NFL win totals and latest odds for all 32 teams

We're here to break down 2024 NFL win totals for every team.

It's no surprise which teams are at the bottom and which are at the top. At the bottom, the Patriots are the only team at five wins. The Broncos and Panthers sit at 5.5, while the Vikings, Giants, Titans and Commanders are at 6.5.

Sitting at the top, there are nine teams with double-digit win totals: the Chiefs and 49ers at 11.5; the Ravens at 11; the Lions, Bills, Eagles and Bengals at 10.5; and the Packers and Cowboys at 10.

Here are a few facts about NFL win totals over the past few seasons before you make your bets for this year.

All data is via Action Network director of research Evan Abrams.

1) Teams with double-digit win totals are generally good to fade.

Over the past three seasons, those teams are a combined 12-15 to the over.

Going even further, it's smart to fade the teams at the very top. Teams with a win total of 11 or more are 3-7 to the over over the past three seasons.

2) Some teams have proven to be very consistent in this market.

There are five teams in the NFL that have had the same result on their win total in each of the past three seasons.

The Cowboys and Steelers are the only teams to have gone over their win total every year, while the Bears, Chargers and Broncos have gone under. The Saints also haven't hit their over in any of the past three years, but they pushed on their total of nine back in 2021.

3) It was more profitable to fade teams across the board last year.

For the 2023 regular season, teams went 14-17-1 to the over, with the Seahawks pushing with nine wins.

In 2022, 16 teams went over their win totals, but it was only 11 teams in 2021.

In total, teams are 41-49-6 to the over on their win totals over the past three seasons.
