Robinson has been a workhorse back for Atlanta, and he has been able to stay healthy doing so. Last year, he had 1,456 yards on 304 carries. This year, he could eclipse the 1,800 yards rushing mark, along with catching 75 passes out of the backfield. Even with Tyler Allgeier having 137 carries last year, and his production more than likely going up, Robinson will be relied on more heavily this year.

2. Kyle Pitts Will Have 100 Receptions For The First Time

As it stands, a rumored trade for Pitts hasn't happened yet and doesn't appear likely this season. Atlanta is going to give Pitts another opportunity to prove his generational talent is in there somewhere. In 2021, Pitts saw 110 targets and recorded 68 receptions. 

During the 2023 season, he saw an increase, with 90 catches, which stands as his career high to date. Kyle Pitts deserves at least one more opportunity in Atlanta, and look for Michael Penix Jr. to rely on him as a security blanket.

Things are trending upward in Atlanta. The defense has been the primary focus during the offseason, particularly during the NFL Draft. Holes have been filled that should help the Falcons emerge from the rut they have been in, with rankings near the bottom in defensive categories. 

Look for an unorthodox, aggressive nature that Atlanta has recently adopted to propel them to the better side of the statistical categories concerning the defensive side of the football. With that, look for Atlanta to win the NFC South and get into the playoffs for the first time in years.
