The San Francisco 49ers made a move on Tuesday to strengthen their wide receiver corps following the trade of Deebo Samuel. NFL insider Ian Rapoport reports that the team is signing Los Angeles Rams free-agent wideout Demarcus Robinson to a two-year, $9.5 million deal, including $6 million guaranteed.

Robinson (6-1, 202) began his NFL career with the Kansas City Chiefs, who selected him in the fourth round (No. 126 overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Florida. He spent six seasons with the Chiefs before joining the Baltimore Ravens in 2022. Robinson has been with the Rams since 2023.
Last season, Robinson recorded 31 receptions for 505 yards and seven touchdowns in 17 games with the Rams, playing 82% of the offensive snaps, per Pro Football Reference.
Robinson, 30, has totaled 250 catches for 3,013 yards and 27 touchdowns in 147 career appearances (68 starts) over nine NFL seasons.
