49ers signing veteran WR KhaDarel Hodge

Hodge (6-2, 210) entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Los Angeles Rams out of Prairie View A&M in 2018. After spending his rookie season with the Rams, he played two seasons with the Cleveland Browns, one with the Detroit Lions, and the past four with the Atlanta Falcons.

During the 2025 season, Hodge appeared in 12 games, making one start. He caught three passes for 31 yards, averaging 10.3 yards per reception. Hodge has never recorded more than 14 receptions or 232 receiving yards in a single season.

The 31-year-old has made his biggest impact on special teams, where he serves as a gunner and a rush/block specialist on punt block units, earning Pro Bowl honors as the NFC's special teams representative following the 2024 season.

Over eight NFL seasons, Hodge has appeared in 118 games, including 10 starts. He has totaled 67 receptions for 1,026 yards and two touchdowns.
