TE George Kittle caught four passes for 70 yards and one touchdown, while WR Deebo Samuel Sr. caught five for 26 yards and one touchdown, along with three carries for 44 yards. WR Mike Evans added five catches for 76 yards to lead the team, and RB Christian McCaffrey tallied 15 carries for 52 yards and one touchdown on the ground, along with three receptions for 18 yards through the air.
Defensively, San Francisco held Denver to 82 rushing yards. LB Dre Greenlaw led the unit with a team-high 12 tackles and one forced fumble. LB Fred Warner added seven tackles and two passes defensed, while DB Siran Neal recorded one tackle, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery on special teams.
