TE Jake Tonges (foot, questionable)

Jake Tonges limped to the medical tent for evaluation on the opening drive of the second half. The 49ers announced him as questionable to return due to a foot injury.

RB Christian McCaffrey (stinger, questionable)

Christian McCaffrey exited the field after the first play of the 49ers' final drive of the first half. Trainers appeared to examine the star running back before he headed to the locker room with his teammates at halftime.

McCaffrey did not return to the field to open the second half. Rookie Jordan James took his place in the 49ers' offensive lineup.

McCaffrey is officially questionable to return due to a shoulder stinger.
