Aaron Brewer Signs Extension with Miami

Miami Dolphins center Aaron Brewer signed a 3 year $52.5 million extension with the Miami Dolphins today. That includes $37 million fully guaranteed.

Brewer turned in the best season of his NFL career in 2025, emerging as one of the league’s premier interior offensive linemen.

Starting 16 games, Brewer anchored a Dolphins rushing attack that averaged 4.7 yards per carry, allowed just one sack all season, and earned Second-Team All-Pro honors.

His outstanding play was reflected in an 87.4 Pro Football Focus grade, which ranked second among all qualifying centers, while his 91.5 run-blocking grade was the best at the position.

Brewer’s consistency, leadership, and durability also earned him a spot as a team captain and made him a finalist for the NFL’s inaugural Protector of the Year Award, solidifying his status as one of Miami’s most valuable players.

This past season, he was called for 3 holding penalties and 2 false starts, which is down from his 2024 season, when he had 5 holding penalties and only 1 false start.

In his two seasons in Miami, he has missed only one game, and he is the anchor of the Dolphins’ offensive line and a key piece they cannot afford to lose after this season.

Zach Yenser, Miami’s new offensive line coach, is looking forward to having Brewer be the anchor of his offense this year and for many years to come.

Of Miami’s big 3 players they needed to extend this year, Brewer is the 2nd to get a deal done.

De’Von Achane got his extension a couple weeks back, and now Miami will turn its focus to Jordyn Brooks, the superstar linebacker.
